How To Make Caramel Pudding
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
8 eggs
vanilla
1 tin condensed milk
Method:
1. The caramel
Add 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of cold water along with a few drops of vanilla essence. Place these ingredients in a pan and let it boil but do not stir. Once a light coffee colored liquid is formed, remove the pan from heat and let it cool down until yo need it for the pudding.
2. The Pudding
Add the water and vanilla into the condensed milk. Beat the eggs and add it to the mixture of water, condensed milk and vanilla and mix it well
Next, pour the whole mixture in to the bowl and cover it with an aluminium foil. Place it in an oven for an hour or so, or it is much easier if you use a pressure cooker. Once done you can enjoy your home made caramel pudding!!
