How To Make Ice Cream At Home


Ingredients:

1 tin condensed milk
2 tins water
2 teaspoons gelatin dissolved o.5 cups of water
2 eggs
3 teaspoons sugar
Vanilla

Method:

             Mix the condensed milk in 2 tins of water and let it boil. Beat the 2 eggs along with the sugar. Pour the boiled milk into the beaten eggs and stir it well so that it wont curdle. Stir and simmer the mixture under low heat until the mixture becomes evenly thick, let the mixture cool down and add the gelatin mixture. Then place it in the freezer, when its frozen halfway, take the mixture out and beat it well, until it is smooth. Replace it in the freezer and let it freeze.
